I was not happy with the support offered to me. After much pestering, someone from their technical team gave me a call(they only seemed to want to communicate over e-mail), and the best advice he could offer me was “Please check with your programmer. There should be a problem at his own end”. I was using the exact war file to deploy the application which i used with other hosting providers, and only hosting raja was sending the ipaddress in the request url instead of domain name at my server side. Phew. After wasting 2 precious days, I decided to switch to some other platform.
