Temporary Solution

Service is not upto the mark. During September 2017, we have raised 9 tickets. And we cannot raise more tickets since max of 2 is allowed to be active at any time. Technical team is not able to fix the problems and their helpdesk (080 69001433) picks the call and disconnects. They promise to fix the problem but they provide only temporary fix.
Really bad experience. They dont have an escalation matrix to fix the problems. Looks like a team of freshers from college.

They promise a configuration and provision only half of it.

No reviews of fixes made – same issue occurs repeatedly
No customer feedback taken after fix
Response time in email after raising ticket is 2 to 4 hours but they do not respond till we call and ask the status and then claim we will provide complete fix which also does not work

Really bad service and bad team management.

Sorry disappointed and would not recommend to anybody.
