I have engaged few hosting providers before Hosting Raja. The no.1 biggest concern for any site owner like me is when we face issues in site performance or a site downtime. Rest all are internal and manageable. This is where HR makes a big difference:
– They have a phone, email and ticket mechanism. Most of the others miss 1 or 2 of these. The earlier provider, a very famous one which has only phone support, used to keep me on phone for 30 min-1 hr several times and not close issues.
– There is an escalation mechanism if issue is going out of hand. No other provider has this. I chose HR particularly for this facility as it is a safeguard during crisis.
– They immediately respond to issues 24×7.
This makes life easier for site owners and saves us lot of stress. Services are economically priced. I only want HR to keep giving and keep enhancing the good service, quick issue resolution and escalation mechanism. This itself can make you no.1.
